1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the rjbaji website located at rjbaji.net — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the rjbaji platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and rjbaji with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or arrangements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein. rjbaji reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, rjbaji will provide reasonable notice via the platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on rjbaji. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. rjbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If it is found that a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, any outstanding balance will be returned (minus any winnings derived from play), and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one single rjbaji account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rjbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold withdrawals pending investigation.

2.3 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must promptly update your account details if any of this information changes. rjbaji is not liable for failed transactions, missed communications, or account restrictions arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

rjbaji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID card or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and/or the return of deposits to their original source.

2.5 Restricted Jurisdictions

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment source that belongs solely to the account holder. Third-party deposits — meaning deposits originating from a payment account registered to a different individual — are strictly prohibited. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 via bank transfer. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though rjbaji may apply individual account limits at its discretion.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and will only be processed to a payment method that matches the name on the rjbaji account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. rjbaji aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash and Nagad) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution. rjbaji reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or a fraud review.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on rjbaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where currency conversion is necessary, the applicable rate at the time of the transaction will be displayed. rjbaji is not responsible for any exchange-rate losses incurred by the player.

4 Bonus & Promotions Policy

4.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, and other incentive offers made available through rjbaji are subject to the specific terms displayed at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general terms for that promotion only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, all bonuses credited to a rjbaji account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 15x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotional offer details. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the timeframe specified in the promotion; incomplete requirements result in the bonus and any derived winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

rjbaji actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-margin bets to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gaming activity, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, rjbaji reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

4.4 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a rjbaji account and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus as described in the current promotional offer displayed at registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Players who have previously held a rjbaji account under a different name or contact detail are not eligible for the welcome bonus on a new registration.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

rjbaji reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to bets that exceed individual account limits, bets placed on markets where rjbaji suspects irregular activity, or bets placed after an event has materially concluded regardless of market status on the platform.

5.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a bet is accepted due to a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect market outcomes, or technical malfunctions — rjbaji reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. rjbaji's determination of what constitutes a manifest error is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting markets are provided in real time. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, odds and market availability change rapidly. It is your responsibility to verify that a bet has been accepted and confirmed before assuming it has been placed. rjbaji is not responsible for bets not placed due to internet connectivity issues or device failures on the player's side.

5.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on rjbaji utilise certified Random Number Generators audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. 5.5 Disconnection During Play

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the rjbaji platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to use rjbaji if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or using more than one rjbaji account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering: Using rjbaji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.

• Hacking or platform interference: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to rjbaji systems, databases, or other players' accounts.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the disputed deposit.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your rjbaji account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Any genuine real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified withdrawal method, provided all applicable KYC requirements have been met. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension by rjbaji

rjbaji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms & Conditions is identified or reasonably suspected; (b) fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; (c) the account holder is found to be under 18 years of age; (d) a self-exclusion request has been received; or (e) a regulatory requirement or court order mandates account restriction. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, rjbaji will endeavour to complete the investigation within 30 days and notify the player of the outcome.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion are available. 8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rjbaji, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the rjbaji platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss resulting from platform unavailability, game malfunctions, or third-party payment processing failures.

rjbaji's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
